The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and the U.S. Geological Survey have developed projected future change factors for precipitation depth-duration-frequency (DDF) curves at 174 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Atlas 14 stations in central and south Florida. The change factors were computed as the ratio of projected future to historical extreme precipitation depths fitted to extreme precipitation data from various downscaled climate datasets using a constrained maximum likelihood (CML) approach. The change factors correspond to the period 2050-2089 (centered in the year 2070) as compared to the 1966-2005 historical period. An R script (basin_boxplot.R) is provided provided as an example on how to create a wrapper function that will automate the generation of boxplots of change factors for all AHED basins. The wrapper script sources the file create_boxplot.R and calls the function create_boxplot() one AHED basin at a time to create a figure with boxplots of change fators for all durations (1, 3, and 7 days) and return periods (5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 years) evaluated as part of this project. An example is also provided in the code that shows how to generate a figure showing boxplots of change factors for a single duration and return period. A Microsoft Word file documenting code usage is also provided within this data release (Documentation_R_script_create_boxplot.docx). As described in the documentation, the R script relies on some of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheets published as part of this data release.

This dataset contains the workloads, with the workflow added to them, and the results of the simulations of the dynamic trace utilizing Curie's workload carried out using BSC's SLURM Simulator.

It is organized in two folders: workloads and results. In the first, we find a folder per target fair share value that the user that we track its usage. Within, we have a file with the name indicating if the workflow is wrapped or not, the type, vertical or horizontal, and the instant of submission. This file is in SWF format. Under the results folder, we have the same organizaion: each .trace is the raw file produced by the simulator.

NFI Fireworks training dataset for the "Vuurwerkverkenner" application

The Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI) Fireworks training dataset consists of scans of fireworks wrappers from fireworks that were investigated in casework in the Netherlands between 2010 and early 2024. For a subset of these wrappers, photographs of fireworks snippets (pieces of the wrapper after the detonation) were added.

Brembo Wrap

## Overview

Brembo Wrap is a dataset for object detection tasks - it contains Porosity annotations for 383 images.

This dataset contains the workloads, with the workflow added to them, and the results of the simulations of the static trace utilizing LUMI fitted data carried out using BSC's SLURM Simulator.

It is organized in two folders: workloads and results. In the first, we find a folder per experiment, which is a different randomly generated workload file. Within each experiment we find a folder per fair share inidicating the target platform, the workflow it was based on, and the characteristics of the tracked job: number of cores and runtime. The results folder follows the same scheme but with a file extension of ".trace".

DASF: Messaging Python is part of the Data Analytics Software Framework (DASF, https://git.geomar.de/digital-earth/dasf), developed at the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences. It is funded by the Initiative and Networking Fund of the Helmholtz Association through the Digital Earth project (https://www.digitalearth-hgf.de/). DASF: Messaging Python is a RCP (remote procedure call) wrapper library for the python programming language. As part of the data analytics software framework DASF, it implements the DASF RCP messaging protocol. This message broker based RCP implementation supports the integration of algorithms and methods implemented in python in a distributed environment. It utilizes pydantic (https://pydantic-docs.helpmanual.io/) for data and model validation using python type annotations. Currently the implementation relies on Apache Pulsar (https://pulsar.apache.org/) as a central message broker instance.
