This is the dataset for the storm surge forecasting work of Ebel et al (2024), featuring the curation of a global and multi-decadal dataset of extreme weather induced storm surges as well as the implementation of neural networks for addressing the associated forecasting task. The provided dataset is multi-modal and features preprocessed in-situ tide gauge records as well as atmospheric reanalysis products and ocean state simulations. The models applied in this work learn to fuse the sparse yet accurate in-situ measurements with the global ocean and atmosphere state products. There are two datasets related to the County Level Prevention Agenda Tracking Indicators posted on this site. Each dataset consists of county level data for 70 health tracking indicators and sub-indicators for the Prevention Agenda 2019-2024: New York State’s Health Improvement Plan. A health tracking indicator is a metric through which progress on a certain area of health improvement can be assessed. The indicators are organized by the Priority Area of the Prevention Agenda as well as the Focus Area under each Priority Area. The data sets also include indicators about major cross-cutting health outcomes and about health disparities. Each dataset includes tracking indicators for the five Priority Areas of the Prevention Agenda 2019-2024. The most recent year dataset includes the most recent county level data for all indicators. The trend dataset includes the most recent county level data and historical data, where available. Each dataset also includes the Prevention Agenda 2024 state objectives for the indicators. Sub-indicators are included in these datasets to measure health disparities among socioeconomic groups.
In our work, we have designed and implemented a novel workflow with several heuristic methods to combine state-of-the-art methods related to CVE fix commits gathering. As a consequence of our improvements, we have been able to gather the largest programming language-independent real-world dataset of CVE vulnerabilities with the associated fix commits. Our dataset containing 26,617 unique CVEs coming from 6,945 unique GitHub projects is, to the best of our knowledge, by far the biggest CVE vulnerability dataset with fix commits available today. These CVEs are associated with 31,883 unique commits that fixed those vulnerabilities. Compared to prior work, our dataset brings about a 397% increase in CVEs, a 295% increase in covered open-source projects, and a 480% increase in commit fixes. Our larger dataset thus substantially improves over the current real-world vulnerability datasets and enables further progress in research on vulnerability detection and software security. We used NVD(nvd.nist.gov) and Github Secuirty advisory Database as the main sources of our pipeline.
We release to the community a 14GB PostgreSQL database that contains information on CVEs up to January 24, 2024, CWEs of each CVE, files and methods changed by each commit, and repository metadata. Additionally, patch files related to the fix commits are available as a separate package. Furthermore, we make our dataset collection tool also available to the community.
cvedataset-patches.zip file contains fix patches, and dump_morefixes_27-03-2024_19_52_58.sql.zip contains a postgtesql dump of fixes, together with several other fields such as CVEs, CWEs, repository meta-data, commit data, file changes, method changed, etc.
MoreFixes data-storage strategy is based on CVEFixes to store CVE commits fixes from open-source repositories, and uses a modified version of Porspector(part of ProjectKB from SAP) as a module to detect commit fixes of a CVE. The following jurisdictions discontinued COVID-19 case notifications to CDC: Iowa (11/8/21), Kansas (5/12/23), Kentucky (1/1/24), Louisiana (10/31/23), New Hampshire (5/23/23), and Oklahoma (5/2/23). Please note that these jurisdictions will not routinely send new case data after the dates indicated. As of 7/13/23, case notifications from Oregon will only include pediatric cases resulting in death.

The following dataset provides state-aggregated data for hospital utilization. These are derived from reports with facility-level granularity across two main sources: (1) HHS TeleTracking, and (2) reporting provided directly to HHS Protect by state/territorial health departments on behalf of their healthcare facilities.
The file will be updated regularly and provides the latest values reported by each facility within the last four days for all time. This allows for a more comprehensive picture of the hospital utilization within a state by ensuring a hospital is represented, even if they miss a single day of reporting.

The search period for financial statements begins two years before an election and runs through the next semi-annual filing deadline. The dataset currently filters by the elections of 2024-03-05 and 2024-11-05. B. HOW THE DATASET IS CREATED During an election period, an automated script runs nightly to examine filings by Primarily Formed San Francisco committees. If a primarily formed committee reports accepting money from or giving money to a second committee, that second committee's ID number is added to a filter list. If a committee electronically files a late reporting period form with the San Francisco Ethics Commission, the committee's ID number is also included in the filter list. The filter list is used in a second step that looks for filings by committees that file with the San Francisco Ethics Commission or the California Secretary of State. This dataset shows the committees that file with the California Secretary of State. The data comes from a nightly export of the Secretary of State's database. A second dataset includes Non-Primarily Formed committees that file with the San Francisco Ethics Commission. C. UPDATE PROCESS This dataset is rewritten nightly based on data derived from campaign filings. The update script runs automatically on a timer during the 90 days before an election.
