    Description

Abstract (en): This collection includes county-level data from the United States Censuses of Agriculture for the years 1840 to 2012. The files provide data about the number, types, output, and prices of various agricultural products, as well as information on the amount, expenses, sales, values, and production of machinery. Most of the basic crop output data apply to the previous harvest year. Data collected also included the population and value of livestock, the number of animals slaughtered, and the size, type, and value of farms. Part 46 of this collection contains data from 1980 through 2010. Variables in part 46 include information such as the average value of farmland, number and value of buildings per acre, food services, resident population, composition of households, and unemployment rates. ICPSR data undergo a confidentiality review and are altered when necessary to limit the risk of disclosure. ICPSR also routinely creates ready-to-go data files along with setups in the major statistical software formats as well as standard codebooks to accompany the data. In addition to these procedures, ICPSR performed the following processing steps for this data collection: Checked for undocumented or out-of-range codes.. Response Rates: Not applicable. Description

Periodic censuses of the population of Canada geese were made from the air and from the ground. Nesting surveys were conducted by searching the study area on foot or in a boat. Each year since 1956 (except 1959) molting geese have been trapped and banded at Turbid Lake, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. Data from this source were used to compute mortality and survival rates for the Jackson Hole population. In 1963 colored neck-collars were placed on 284 geese to obtain information about the timing of movements, size of the population migrating through Jackson Hole, and the breeding area of geese which molt at Turbid Lake. Hydrological data were obtained from the Bureau of Reclamation, the u.s. Weather Bureau, and the u.s. Geological Survey. Climatological data were provided by the U.S. Weather Bureau for stations at Jackson, Moose, and Moran, Wyoming.

    Measurement technique
The data presented in this dataset is derived from the 20 years data of U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP) 2000 - 2022. To measure the variables, namely (a) population and (b) population change in ( absolute and as a percentage ), we initially analyzed and tabulated the data for each of the years between 2000 and 2022. For further information regarding these estimates, please feel free to reach out to us via email at research@neilsberg.com.

    Description
    About this dataset

    Context

The dataset tabulates the Burlington township population over the last 20 plus years. It lists the population for each year, along with the year on year change in population, as well as the change in percentage terms for each year. The dataset can be utilized to understand the population change of Burlington township across the last two decades. For example, using this dataset, we can identify if the population is declining or increasing. If there is a change, when the population peaked, or if it is still growing and has not reached its peak. We can also compare the trend with the overall trend of United States population over the same period of time.

    Key observations

In 2022, the population of Burlington township was 1,964, a 0.00% decrease year-by-year from 2021. Previously, in 2021, Burlington township population was 1,964, an increase of 0.41% compared to a population of 1,956 in 2020. Over the last 20 plus years, between 2000 and 2022, population of Burlington township increased by 27. In this period, the peak population was 2,011 in the year 2006. The numbers suggest that the population has already reached its peak and is showing a trend of decline. Source: U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP).

    Description
    About this dataset

    Context

The dataset tabulates the Philadelphia town population over the last 20 plus years. It lists the population for each year, along with the year on year change in population, as well as the change in percentage terms for each year. The dataset can be utilized to understand the population change of Philadelphia town across the last two decades. For example, using this dataset, we can identify if the population is declining or increasing. If there is a change, when the population peaked, or if it is still growing and has not reached its peak. We can also compare the trend with the overall trend of United States population over the same period of time.

    Key observations

In 2022, the population of Philadelphia town was 1,958, a 0.66% decrease year-by-year from 2021. Previously, in 2021, Philadelphia town population was 1,971, an increase of 0.36% compared to a population of 1,964 in 2020. Over the last 20 plus years, between 2000 and 2022, population of Philadelphia town decreased by 185. In this period, the peak population was 2,216 in the year 2009. The numbers suggest that the population has already reached its peak and is showing a trend of decline. Source: U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP).

    About this dataset

    Context

The dataset tabulates the Augusta population over the last 20 plus years. It lists the population for each year, along with the year on year change in population, as well as the change in percentage terms for each year. The dataset can be utilized to understand the population change of Augusta across the last two decades. For example, using this dataset, we can identify if the population is declining or increasing. If there is a change, when the population peaked, or if it is still growing and has not reached its peak. We can also compare the trend with the overall trend of United States population over the same period of time.

    Key observations

In 2022, the population of Augusta was 1,924, a 2.04% decrease year-by-year from 2021. Previously, in 2021, Augusta population was 1,964, a decline of 1.16% compared to a population of 1,987 in 2020. Over the last 20 plus years, between 2000 and 2022, population of Augusta decreased by 697. In this period, the peak population was 2,621 in the year 2000. The numbers suggest that the population has already reached its peak and is showing a trend of decline. Source: U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP).

    Context

The dataset tabulates the population of Rockwall by gender across 18 age groups. It lists the male and female population in each age group along with the gender ratio for Rockwall. The dataset can be utilized to understand the population distribution of Rockwall by gender and age. For example, using this dataset, we can identify the largest age group for both Men and Women in Rockwall. Additionally, it can be used to see how the gender ratio changes from birth to senior most age group and male to female ratio across each age group for Rockwall.

The question is intended to capture data for biological sex, not gender. Respondents are supposed to respond with the answer as either of Male or Female. Our research and this dataset mirrors the data reported as Male and Female for gender distribution analysis.
