Context
The dataset tabulates the Cut Bank population over the last 20 plus years. It lists the population for each year, along with the year on year change in population, as well as the change in percentage terms for each year. The dataset can be utilized to understand the population change of Cut Bank across the last two decades. For example, using this dataset, we can identify if the population is declining or increasing. If there is a change, when the population peaked, or if it is still growing and has not reached its peak. We can also compare the trend with the overall trend of United States population over the same period of time.
Key observations
In 2023, the population of Cut Bank was 3,017, a 0.43% decrease year-by-year from 2022. Previously, in 2022, Cut Bank population was 3,030, a decline of 0.69% compared to a population of 3,051 in 2021. Over the last 20 plus years, between 2000 and 2023, population of Cut Bank decreased by 73. In this period, the peak population was 3,161 in the year 2009. The numbers suggest that the population has already reached its peak and is showing a trend of decline. Source: U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP).

As of 2023, approximately 2.4% of American Airlines' flights were canceled, according to data from the U.S. Department of Transportation. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 This rate reflects a variety of operational challenges, including weather, staffing, and air traffic control restrictions. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Compared to its competitors, American ranks somewhere in the middle—not the best, but not the worst.
Over 200,000 scheduled flights take off annually under the American Airlines brand, and even a 2.4% cancellation rate means thousands of flights are affected. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 These disruptions can leave travelers scrambling for alternatives or stuck in airports. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 The cancellation rate becomes especially relevant during peak seasons and holidays.
On average, the cancellation rate increases to 4%–6% during major weather events or holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 That means during these times, the chance of being affected nearly doubles. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Always plan accordingly by having backup options and checking forecasts ahead of time.
The causes of cancellations fall under two categories: controllable and uncontrollable. In American’s case, about 60% of cancellations are due to controllable factors like crew scheduling. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 That’s why the airline may be responsible for accommodations or rebooking in such cases. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Uncontrollable causes, like bad weather, usually don’t require reimbursement.
American Airlines' main hubs—such as Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Charlotte (CLT), and Chicago O'Hare (ORD)—experience higher rates of cancellations due to operational complexity. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 These high-traffic hubs are also more sensitive to ripple effects caused by a single cancellation. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Monitor your departure and connection airports before flying.
Statistics also show that early morning flights (before 9 AM) have a slightly lower cancellation rate. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 As the day progresses, delays and cancellations tend to increase, mostly due to cascading logistical challenges. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Booking early can be a strategic move to avoid problems.
American Airlines publishes performance metrics monthly, which include on-time performance and cancellation rates. In August 2023, the airline saw a temporary spike with 3.1% cancellations. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 This was largely due to nationwide weather issues and increased summer travel demand. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 It's helpful to look at these trends before booking.
FlightAware, a real-time flight tracking service, often reports higher cancellation rates on busy travel days. On Memorial Day weekend, American had over 650 canceled flights nationwide. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 When the system is stressed, airline performance typically suffers. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Consider flexibility in your travel schedule for such times.
Despite its cancellations, American has improved operational resilience in recent years. In 2021, the cancellation rate was over 5.5%, which has now been nearly cut in half. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 That suggests investment in technology, staffing, and better coordination is paying off. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Still, no airline is immune to problems.
If your flight is canceled, American typically offers rebooking on the next available flight or a full refund if you choose not to travel. ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 Call ☎️+1 (855) 217-1878 to request compensation or assistance from an agent. This line provides direct help with disrupted travel plans.

New Zonage “A/B/C” applicable from 01/10/2014 (Ministerial Decree of 01 August 2014).
The “A/B/C” zoning, created in 2003 at the time when Robien’s rental investment scheme was introduced, characterises the tension of the local real estate market, i.e. the adequacy of the demand for and the supply of available housing on a territory. It consists of five modalities ranging from the most tense (Abis) to the most relaxed (C).Franche-Comté is only affected by zones B2 and C. Several financial schemes use this zoning to determine the eligibility of territories for aid or to adjust their parameters (level of aid, ceiling of rents, etc.). These include the Intermediate Rental Investment Facility for Individuals (see Duflot Zoning), the Old Borloo, the Intermediate Rental Loan (PLI), the Zero Rate Loan (PTZ), the Social Accession Rental Loan (PSLA) and the Social Access Loan (PAS) to property, and the reduced rate VAT in the ANRU area.Some ANAH aid to social lenders is also linked to a ceiling on rent and the amount of resources of the tenant, which varies according to the zoning A/B/C. Following a consultation conducted by the Regional Prefect with the local authorities in the 4th quarter of 2013, the new zoning A/B/C was adopted by the Minister in charge of Housing on 1 August 2014. For Franche-Comté, 19 new municipalities were reclassified from C to B2, while no decommissioning was recorded. Its entry into force varies between 1 October 2014 and 1 February 2015 depending on the arrangements attached to it:
as of 1 October 2014 for: — the zero-rate loan; — the guarantee scheme of the FGAS; — the reduced rate VAT scheme for intermediate rental accommodation (279-0a A of the CGI); — the aid scheme for intermediate rental investment for private individuals (199 novitiies of the General Tax Code (CGI); — promises of sales of public land, pursuant to Article R. 3211-15 of the General Code of Ownership of Public Persons;
on 1 January 2015 for: — the benefit of aid from the National Housing Agency, the ‘old Borloo’ tax scheme; — the intermediate rental loan; — reduced VAT in ANRU area; — devices related to HLM promotion; — the assessment of resources for new intermediate dwellings held by HLML bodies in the context of their service of general economic interest;
as of 1 February 2015 for: — approvals of social loans for leasing-accession.

Water Quality Review Implementation Map for 2024 where maximum stocking rate of 220 kg livestock manure nitrogen per hectare applies for nitrates derogation holdings in these areas for 2024, combined with additional areas, where the stocking rate limit of 220 kg livestock manure nitrogen per hectare will apply for nitrates derogation holdings in these areas with effect from December 2025. This means for 2025, derogation farmers in these additional areas will have a limit of 247.5 rather than 250kg livestock manure nitrogen per hectare in 2025. The additional areas are the outcome of the 5th Nitrates Action Programme review, introduced as an amendment (SI No 42 of 2025) to the Good Agricultural Practice for the Protection of Waters Regulations (SI No 113 of 2022, as amended). These areas are where the EPA (Environment Protection Agency) have identified a need for nitrate reduction measures as a priority to improve water but that were not considered under the European Commission’s criteria for the two-year review of water quality that took place in 2023, i.e. areas that are not within the Water Quality Review Implementation Map for 2024.
