Description

Unemployment rate for women in Colombia was generally higher compared to that of men with the same educational attainments. In 2023, women with upper secondary education had an unemployment rate of 15.7 percent, whereas unemployment among men having achieved the same educational level was at 10 percent. Even women with a graduate degree were more likely to be unemployed than men.
