This data is being hosted on ArcGIS Online as a view of the hosted feature layer web service is in Central AZ State Plane Coordinate System (WKID 2223). This data was intended for general location mapping purposes in ArcGIS Online and County applications and is known to be entered but not updated as spatial adjustments are made to the tax parcels.
