This feature service only contains parcel data for NYS State-owned tax parcels. 2024 Parcel geometry was incorporated as received from County Real Property Departments. No attempt was made to edge-match parcels along adjacent counties. County attribute values were populated using 2024 Assessment Roll tabular data NYS ITS Geospatial Services obtained from the NYS Department of Tax and Finance’s Office of Real Property Tax Services (ORPTS).Tabular assessment data was joined to the county provided parcel geometry using the SWIS & SBL or SWIS & PRINT KEY unique identifier for each parcel. Detailed information about assessment attributes can be found in the ORPTS Assessor’s Manuals available here: https://www.tax.ny.gov/research/property/assess/manuals/assersmanual.htm. New York City data comes from NYC MapPluto which can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/planning/data-maps/open-data/dwn-pluto-mappluto.page. The State-owned tax parcel polygons in this file are the result of a best effort selection based on the Primary Owner and Additional Owner fields in the NYS Statewide Tax Parcels file, Geospatial Services data, State agency data, and online research. These same data and information are also the basis for a best effort assignment of a NYS agency name (listed in the NYS Name field) to most tax parcel polygons where the Owner Type field value is State. The NYS Name Source field consists of a code that describes how the State-owned designation and agency name were determined, if this was verified, and the means of verification, if applicable. This map service is available to the public. The State of New York, acting through the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the use of or reliance on the Data provided. The Digital Tax Map has been republished on Open Data as a growing collection of its map layers and data tables. You can find the collection here with the latest information: Digital Tax Map Collection.
• Updates: Data is extracted from DOF’s internal system on the last Friday of each month and refreshed on ArcGIS Online on the 1st. The online map always shows the most recent version.
• Accessing the Data:
• Digital Tax Map on NYC Open Data: See the complete collection.
• Individual layers: Downloadable from the Digital Tax Map Feature Server.
• Complete source: Available through the Digital Tax Map service, which always points to the latest monthly release.
Note: To ensure reliability, the Tax Map alternates between Set A and Set B each month. If one set has issues, the previous month’s copy remains online. Both sets are kept about a month apart and are available for download:
• Set A link
• Set B link
• Digital Alteration Book (DAB): The DAB is the official log of map changes—such as new lots, merges, or boundary shifts—providing a clear record of how the Tax Map evolves. It is available through the Property Information Portal. Coming soon the collection on Open Data will grow to include information from the Digital Alteration Book (DAB) that will keep track of historical changes to the Digital Tax Map.
Disclaimer:
This dataset reflects formal applications submitted to DOF but may not reflect the latest changes in other City systems (e.g., exemptions or buildings data). It is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate as of today’s date.

We are also including tabular version that’s slightly more comprehensive (would include anything that didn’t join to the parcel basefile due to lot alterations or resubdivisions since 2023 and/or due to parcels comprised of condos). There are approximately 200 records that don't join to the spatial parcel file and some additional that are null in the spatial parcel file, altogether around 560 total. TwitterPublication Date: April 2025. This polygon layer is updated annually.
This layer contains 2024 parcel data only for NY State counties which gave NYS ITs Geospatatial Services permission to share this data with the public. Work to obtain parcel data from additional counties, as well as permission to share the data, is ongoing. To date, 36 counties have provided the Geospatial Services permission to share their parcel data with the public. Parcel data for counties which do not allow the Geospatial Services to redistribute their data must be obtained directly from those counties. Geospatial Services' goal is to eventually include parcel data for all counties in New York State.
Parcel geometry was incorporated as received from County Real Property Departments. No attempt was made to edge-match parcels along adjacent counties. County attribute values were populated using 2024 Assessment Roll tabular data Geospatial Services obtained from the NYS Department of Tax and Finance’s Office of Real Property Tax Services (ORPTS). Tabular assessment data was joined to the county provided parcel geometry using the SWIS & SBL or SWIS & PRINT KEY unique identifier for each parcel.
This layer displays when zoomed in below 1:37,051-scale.
This map service is available to the public.
Geometry accuracy varies by contributing county.
Thanks to the following counties that specifically authorized Geospatial Services to share their GIS tax parcel data with the public: Albany, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Lewis, Livingston, Montgomery, New York City (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond), Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orange, Oswego, Otsego, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Schuyler, Steuben, St Lawrence, Suffolk, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, Wayne, and Westchester.

TwitterA web map used to visualize available digital parcel data for Organized Towns and Unorganized Territories throughout the state of Maine. Individual towns submit parcel data on a voluntary basis; the data are compiled by the Maine Office of GIS for dissemination by the Maine GeoLibrary, and where available, the web map also includes assessor data contained in the Parcels_ADB related table. This web map is intended for use within the Maine Geoparcel Viewer Application; it is not intended for use as a standalone web map.Within Maine, real property data is maintained by the government organization responsible for assessing and collecting property tax for a given location. Organized towns and townships maintain authoritative data for their communities and may voluntarily submit these data to the Maine GeoLibrary Parcel Project. Maine Parcels Organized Towns and Maine Parcels Organized Towns ADB are the product of these voluntary submissions. Communities provide updates to the Maine GeoLibrary on a non-regular basis, sometimes many years apart, which affects the currency of Maine GeoLibrary parcels data. Another resource for real property transaction data is the County Registry of Deeds, although organized town data should very closely match registry information, except in the case of in-process property conveyance transactions.

TwitterThe Tioga County Geographic Information Tool is intended to be a parcel map viewer with additional layers of information of special interest to property owners. The parcel boundaries do not appear until the user zooms in on the map. Other layers can be turned on and off using from the layers list which can be exposed by clicking the Layer button in the upper right corner of the interface. A button at the bottom of the viewer opens a table viewer which can be used to explore the data related to each of the map layers. The table includes tools for filtering the data and selected records may be exported to a CSV file which can be opened as a text file using spreadsheet software. By default, clicking in a parcel brings up a popup of the parcel's attribute information. Popups for other layers can be enabled through the layer list. Other buttons allow the user to search for street addresses in Tioga County NY, locate the user's position using the GNSS capability of mobile devices, changing the base map, measuring distances and areas, identifying the coordinates of any location (a function of the measure tool), and displaying a legend.

TwitterThese data provide an accurate high-resolution shoreline compiled from imagery of GLOUCESTER POINT, YORK RIVER, VA . This vector shoreline data is based on an office interpretation of imagery that may be suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. This metadata describes information for both the line and point shapefiles. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57. TwitterThis dataset displays the distribution of karst and potential karst and pseudokarst areas of the United States. These data were compiled to delineate the distribution of karst and potential karst and pseudokarst areas of the United States. The data in this report are preliminary, and there is an expectation of upgrade in content, quality, and resolution in future versions. The data are released as an Open-File Report to expedite transfer of this information to various users across the United States. These data were compiled from multiple sources at various spatial resolutions. They are intended for use as guidance in determining the distribution of areas of potential karst at national, State, and regional scales. Because of differences in projection and scale of the various geologic datasets, spatial errors and location inconsistencies are particularly noticeable along some State boundaries, particularly coastlines and riparian borders. These data should not be used to define boundaries for site-specific applications or for legal purposes. This report describes new digital maps delineating areas of the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, having karst or the potential for development of karst and pseudokarst. These maps show areas underlain by soluble rocks and also by volcanic rocks, sedimentary deposits, and permafrost that have potential for karst or pseudokarst development. All 50 States contain rocks with potential for karst development, and about 18 percent of their area is underlain by soluble rocks having karst or the potential for development of karst features. The areas of soluble rocks shown are based primarily on selection from State geologic maps of rock units containing significant amounts of carbonate or evaporite minerals. Areas underlain by soluble rocks are further classified by general climate setting, degree of induration, and degree of exposure. Areas having potential for volcanic pseudokarst are those underlain chiefly by basaltic-flow rocks no older than Miocene in age. Areas with potential for pseudokarst features in sedimentary rocks are in relatively unconsolidated rocks from which pseudokarst features, such as piping caves, have been reported. Areas having potential for development of thermokarst features, mapped exclusively in Alaska, contain permafrost in relatively thick surficial deposits containing ground ice. This report includes a GIS database with links from the map unit polygons to online geologic unit descriptions.View Dataset on the Gateway
