On April 3, 2023, after consulting with addressing staff to evaluate workflow and processes related to annexations, we determined that this zip code layer was never intended to be a true representation of postal service zip code. Instead, this layer represents the MSAG community. During an annexation, as a street is consumed by a city jurisdiction boundary, its MSAG equivalent range receives a new ESN and Community designation. With MSAG, the ESN + Community designation are intended to be the components relating back to a GIS street centerline segment. Decades ago when the PSAP call routing was first established, this layer was established to aid in assigning the community value placed on MSAG street segment equivalents.As of April 2023, the street and address layers have a zip code and zip community value assigned. These are based on the MSAG zip code layer maintained by York county, which were developed from postal service zip code route delivery areas decades ago, but are now maintained only for MSAG community assignment. This is a breakdown of every collision in NYC by location and injury. This data is collected because the NYC Council passed Local Law #11 in 2011. This data is manually run every month and reviewed by the TrafficStat Unit before being posted on the NYPD website. Each record represents a collision in NYC by city, borough, precinct and cross street. This data can be used by the public to see how dangerous/safe intersections are in NYC. The information is presented in pdf and excel format to allow the casual user to just view the information in the easy to read pdf format or use the excel files to do a more in-depth analysis.

Within these areas, each state is divided into an average of 10 smaller geographical areas, identified by the second and third digits. These digits, in conjunction with the first digit, represent a sectional center facility or a mail processing facility area. In order to complete our group project, which is abour developing a website to find vaccine station in Los Angeles County, in EE599 USC. We scraped two website to get our dataset.
At first, we scraped the Los Angeles Almanac to get the whole zip codes of Los Angeles County. The zip codes are store in zipcode.json. It will include some zip codes, which are not used nowadays.

Discounts for Internet service through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ended June 1, 2024 due to lack of additional funding. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program to help low-income households pay for Internet services and connected devices. Households that participate in ACP receive discounts on qualifying broadband Internet services of up to $30 per month and can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. Households can qualify for ACP based on participation in Lifeline or other service provider programs for low-income households, income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, participation in other Lifeline-qualifying programs such as SNAP or Medicaid, or participation in free and reduced-price school lunch and breakfast programs. Additionally, service providers can also ask the FCC to approve an alternative verification process and use that approved process to check consumer eligibility. ACP program discounts first became available to eligible enrolled households on January 1, 2022. The ACP claims process is built on the Lifeline Claims System and this data set is derived from snapshots of all subscribers entered in the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD) as of the first of each month. The ACP was created under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and is administered by the independent not-for-profit Universal Service Access Co. under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Eligible beneficiaries who participated in the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program that was funded by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, were transitioned to ACP between January 1 and March 1, 2022. EBB was ACP's predecessor program and ran from May 12, 2021 until it was phased out on February 28, 2022.
