In 1993 - the Maryland Department of Planning and the Maryland State Highway Administration entered into a Data Base Usage Agreement with Bell Atlantic and Data Chromatics - Inc. to develop an enhanced street address map for Maryland. ZIP Code boundary area files were one of the products derived from this partnership. The resulting boundary area files were intended to improve the cartographic quality and accuracy of the ZIP code boundary area files derived from the U.S. Census Bureau's post 1990 Census TIGER\Line Files (based on the Census Bureau's ZIP code tabulation areas - ZCTAs). Subsequent iterative improvements to the ZIP Code boundary area files have been made using premise address information associated with mapped parcel records as provided in the Maryland Department of Planning's MdProperty View GIS tax map and parcel record DVD product. The resulting files are meant to serve as a good approximation"" of ZIP codes as polygons (which in reality they are not) but are not official ZIP Code maps and are not meant to be a substitute for any products offered by the U.S. Postal Service - the official source for ZIP code information. While there are no restrictions on their use we do recommend that they are best used with MdProperty View and that MDP makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the files. This feature service stores telephone area codes for each municipality and reflects the addition of four "overlay" codes in Massachusetts which took effect on April 2, 2001. The Peachtree Corners Zip Code Map represents the geographic extent of 5-digit zip codes that fall within the City. The Peachtree Corners Zip Code dataset was produced using a combination of data sources which include, local zip code polygon data obtained from counties and cities. To identify your Zip Code, type the local address using the search tool in top left corner of the map.

The PHZM is a web-based, GIS application whereby users can search and/or download plant hardiness zone information for specific zip codes, states, and regions of the country.

The ZIP Code Search map is based on information contained within the 2023 Nebraska Blood Lead Testing Plan. Appendix C contains information on High Risk Zip Code Methodology and Appendix D contains a list of Hight Risk Zip Codes by County.

The Lead Risk Questionnaire is a slight modification of 2023 Nebraska Blood Lead Testing Plan, page 15, Lead Risk Questionnaire for Parents and Caregivers developed by the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. This dataset and map service provides information on the U.S. Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) low to moderate income areas. The term Low to Moderate Income, often referred to as low-mod, has a specific programmatic context within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Over a 1, 2, or 3-year period, as selected by the grantee, not less than 70 percent of CDBG funds must be used for activities that benefit low- and moderate-income persons. HUD uses special tabulations of Census data to determine areas where at least 51% of households have incomes at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI). This dataset and map service contains the following layer.

We are also including a tabular version that’s slightly more comprehensive (would include anything that didn’t join to the parcel basefile due to lot alterations or resubdivisions since 2023 and/or due to parcels comprised of condos).
