This Data set is - Tax Parcels (TMK)
There are there are three parcel types; 1) tax and regulatory, 2) tax, and 3) regulatory.
Type 1 are a combination of both Tax and Regulatory Parcels.
Type 2 are Tax Parcels (TMK) which reflects divisions of property for the purpose of assessment by Real Property.
Type 3 are Regulatory depiction of parcels reflects the division of property according to permitted applications for subdivision and consolidation as processed by DPP.
