The Traditional Neighborhood Zoning District (TNZD) requires that a Plan Map be adopted by the legislative body. View detailed metadata.The Plan Map must show the boundary of the various TNZD components: Traditional Neighborhood General (required), Traditional Neighborhood Transition-Center (optional) and Traditional Neighborhood Center (optional). The Plan Map is to be used in conjunction with the TNZD Plan Report to determine the types of land use and design standards applicable to any parcel within the Traditional Neighborhood Zoning District.
